John Hoyt, MD, FCCM and Tom Rainey, MD, FCCM have pioneered the practice of Intensivist Medicine.

They have both served as Presidents of The Society of Critical Care Medicine(SCCM) and together represent over 50 years of clinical Critical Care Medicine practice. Dr. Hoyt and Dr. Rainey have successfully developed and implemented Intensivist Programs nationwide.
